This is a port of one of the skins from DOOM Eternal that Doom Slayer can use. Special thanks to Leon for such a request!
All the masks and gloves are supported (you'll see an icon on the character skin with the glove icon that is intended for glove usage, same for mask)
The character shown in the mod was ported within possibilities of diesel engine modding, made with znixian's model tool!
Installation: Drop the folder from the archive to your mod_overrides folder, example:
Hi, anybody knows how to make a LAS model? I was looking for a guide or manual to show me how to do it but for now I haven´t success, I saw this mod of Doom Eternal and I wanted to see the Quake Champions Skin of Doomslayer, I already got the models but I don´t know how to use Diesel Engine Maya 2011, I was wondering if it can be done with Blender or anything because it has too many models and variants to be requested so I want to try do it by myself, a guide would be useful and I would appreciate it, either how to make masks, LAS armor, etc...
Maya tools at the moment are unstable and are meant for PDTH as of now, however I mainly do work on character ports mainly by using blender
This bit of information might help you out in regards to skinned meshes in Diesel Engine. There is really not much of a guide out there and I had to use my previous knowledge from GTA SA / VC Character Model Modding which i took over to PAYDAY 2. The closest hint i could give right now is if you know how to put character models to any videogame engine, you can put it to diesel.
@Matthelzor Well I appreciate your early response and not having made me wait several days, thank you, No, I haven´t put any character models in any video game engine yet well the closest think like this was in Age of Pirates 2 and I was still very far from it, I didn't know the Maya tool was for PDTH, I should have read better what it said, when I have a moment I will enter the link that you have sent me, thank you very much for your reply.
