I HAVE NOT TESTED THIS MOD SINCE THE COPYCAT PERKDECK UPDATE, WHICH SEEMS LIKE A VERY UNIQUE PERKDECK UPDATE AND THEREFORE THE MOD IS LIKELY BROKEN UNTIL UPDATED

Adds a button to fully reset any perk deck that has points allocated. It's like the opposite of "Maximize Perk Deck".

Only tested with SuperBLT, but I don't think there should be an issue with the other BLTs.

It should be relatively resiliant to updates to the perk deck menu, unless of course the core of how the perk deck page is rewritten in an update.
