Adds a bunch of ULTRA TACTICAL internal components that let you dynamically and sometimes drastically adjust the way different weapons behave, shifting items between balance tiers, adjusting handling characteristics on the fly, and sometimes getting stupid purely for the hell of it. Hell yeah, batman.

* .460 Steyr Conversion - Makes the M95 more usable as a general-purpose sniper.
* .45 GAP Conversion - Makes the Glock 17 into a Deagle that unlocks at level 0.
* IMI Razor-Core Ammo - Dials the MTAR-21 up to 11.
