In case you don't know what this is, here's a quote from comments that explains it thoroughly:

I have no idea what I've just read. But point is the same - mods I've marked as cheats are lame and you should not be using them. This has been a feature for the past two weeks or so anyway. If you really want to use them though, just take a look in the code, its not that hard to figure out how to disable it.
@PostMaloneSucks i also had this yesterday.. i added a bunch of mod from TdLQ. also included there is Please, Go there and this mod detected it as a cheat.. cant even figure out how to use it so i removed it lol

Create a waypoint, stand the hostage up, and press Z or whatever Stop AI is bound to. If there are cops nearby they'll drop to the ground as a game balancing measure.
@Awooo thanks! the tip helped alot! i had a few test practices and now i can fully utilize TdLQ's Keepers, Monkeepers and PleaseGoThere. GoonmonCustomWayPoint is Genius! Love them<3 very hand when playin Solo
had to comment out the PGT line on this mod's cheat list though
why please, go ther consider a cheat detected ? i mean i only use it when playing solo in stealth, yesterday it's wasn't
