IMPORTANT: after some testing it is not stable :(((((( that did not get fixed in other versions yet,
Version 2.3 Adds several improvements which are noticeable easily, recommended to set level cap to like 80-100 you will need good builds. Also make sure to get yourself a gaming chair for increased skill!
Version 2.4 Fixes Marksman to use more like a semi automatic sniper rifle, adjusts clip size to and also adjusts clip size for the bigger brother snipers to their real life counterparts. I think the Marksman do have their place now in the game :D

MADE FOR OVERKILL DIFFICULTY (Does however work on other difficulties though but not with all features, your probably going to die)
- Enhances AI
- Makes enemies react faster
- Makes enemies react more appropriate
- When they do react by shooting they do it good and I mean like really! So make sure to actually use cover
- Makes snipers react faster
- Makes marksman react faster
- Makes Medics, Cloakers, Tasers and Marksman convertable and what I mean with that!? Fully convertable if you do host AND also for your clients (there is not that much of a difference between them and the regular cops anyway with this mod)
- Enhances enemy and friendly movement speed
- Makes tanks react faster
- Adjusts AI weapons rate of fire to their realistic statts
- Increases the amount of flashbangs and smoke
- Does modify the enemies tactics and adds new tactics to them
- Adds more fireteams
- Makes cops easier to intimidate as the speed of play changed alot
- Quadruples the spawns
- Makes cloakers use their special quicker
- Improves the AI tickrate aka actions a frame you could say
- Makes up to 150 npcs able to perform actions simultaneously. Normally this is set to 20 and this would explain alot (NEW)
- Makes more fireteams be able to spawn at the same time and makes them be able to spawn quicker
- Enhances the Marksman to feel more like well... - Also added proper clip size to the snipers using M14s. And made them be able to actually kill players

More regarding the AI will be changed as I am not satisfied yet. I do like to make AI mods after all.

Some problems with the mod:
A ton of people disconnect probably due to PC issues on their side.
More performance heavy then usual, but if you run payday 2 on a gaming rig your most likely not going to notice it at all.
There will probably be another update in the upcoming weeks I am not done yet. And... I will probably optimize it a bit.
Installation:
Put all the SMC files into the mods folder using a zip tool.
- This is ment to be very hard which means this is not for everyone if you are used to regular Overkill difficulty this is not it. And that is well... to say the least. Up to you to decide what difficulty this actually is. As someone else has already stated on this mod before it is to hard for him. Version 2.0 however is even more brutal.
