Rebalance the Bootleg stats to match with the Bootleg with the "Mars Ultor" legendary skins. I made this mod because i think the Mars Ultor is really an OP skin which should remain only cosmetic. The Mars Ultor is the best example of that kind of behaviour that Overkill had with skins at the time for me.

Accuracy: 24 to 48.

Stability: 52 to 88.

Concealment: 20 to 24.
