Replace Clover voice to Vtuber Usada Pekora voices.
We also replaced character icon and name.

VoiceOver mod could only work if the game language was set to English.
Now, VO mod can work in other game languages, although require Beardlib. Special thanks to LR_Daring to support and helped me.

Is it still launched by Beardlib Ver Voice Pack? Or wouldn't there be in the future?

My description of change logs was bad.
In the current update, optional change name and descriptions and Beardlib's VO mod were merged into one voice pack.
