Now both a heist track and a menu track!

It was a little tough mixing only 1 minute of audio into 4 phases for the heist track, so it is a bit repetitive.

How to install (REQUIRES SUPERBLT AND BEARDLIB):
Extract the folder into PAYDAY 2/assets/mod_overrides
That's it
