This MOD let you invite Captain Winters to come whenever you want.

HOW TO USE: put it under \mods, just like other BLT mods.

Here are something worth mentioning:

1. This mod gives you the ability to spawn captain winters. Make a key-bind, and press that key in game, the captain team will show up, move to where you point at and deploy his phalanx. Even you’re play offline, or some contracts that he shouldn’t be there (like safehouse raid), it’s all OK. Then it goes to a normal process. You defeat him, he’ll leave. You leave him, the assault never ends.
2. You can invite him multiple times in a single heist, if you like.
3. May not work properly in Murkeywater and Mexican Policia Contracts, because the game didn't define Captain Winters for them correctly.
4. Of course, there’re some limits. When you’re in stealth mode, or assault has not started, or he’s already present, you can not do spawn. And if it’s a public lobby, you can’t spawn either. And the most important thing, you must be the host!

6. There are localization files, but I only did English and sChinese version. you can find your language and do it by yourself. (under the \loc)
