This mod dosen't add any new functions. It just let Captain Winters retreat when he should do.

Sometimes you see Winters have BUGs like stucking at somewhere and block your ways with his invincibility. Moreover, as long as he lives, assault will never end, and he provides strong buff to SWATs. You have nothing to do but feel bad. So I made this and try to avoid those situations. That things never happened to you? Maybe you don't need this MOD.

HOW TO USE: Put it under \mods, just like other BLT mods.

NOTE: Will, it still have something new. With this mod actived, when Winters retreat, his phalanx will retreat too. It's strange to leave your bros behind and escape right?
