The Serious Sam Character Pack is a mod pack created with love and care to bring Serious Sam back from Egypt, right to Washington D.C to be a part of the PAYDAY Gang, with a new set of weapons such as the minigun, including masks and melee weapons just to make sure you're well prepared for your next heist!

This character pack adds Serious Sam as a playable Heister, which features a full voiceover REPLACES BODHI, full glove/mask/armor/outfit support and more!
Sam is a Serious Badass and a hero of the planet Earth, but in this timeline this also means that the heroes of this galaxy need a long, long break... and try something new such as making a quick buck with your friends by robbing banks and so on!

Serious Weapons
Thanks to the partnership with Gage and Earth Defense Force, Sam brought you new toys to the armory of the PAYDAY Gang! One of them is a Minigun that shoots bullets! Yes, that's right. Bullets! Or how about a Sirian Artifact that you can't get your hands on... oh well, now you can!
Serious Masks
Yeah, Sam's got them but which one do you prefer, a mask that makes you explode or if you want to look badass enough with a new pair of sunglasses?

Did someone say...drums?
That's right, this mod pack contains Serious Music! And by that i mean there have been added a few tracks from Serious Sam, right into PAYDAY 2 which features new assault tracks and new menu music. Pretty cool, right?

How do I install this?
First, you need SuperBLT, BeardLib
If you are experiencing matchmaking / public lobbies or 97% loading issues which causes other players to crash when they join your session, please download the version of the mod that requires Legendary Armour Skins, this way you will be able to play with other players. This particular version will be marked as LAS and is available as a seperate Download.

Then as simple as it sounds, click the big green button to download this mod and extract everything from the .rar archive into /steam/steamapps/common/PAYDAY 2/assets/mod_overrides, unless you are having trouble i'd advise you to read this guide on how to install mod_override mods properly!

Where is Sam and How do I play as him??
Simply go to the character selection menu and you'll see Serious Sam (Hint: The Character icon has sunglasses on them, it's not hard to miss it)
As for the LAS Version of the mod, Sam will be available in your inventory under outfits tab. Requires Legendary Armour Skins
Can i just use only one mod from this mod pack such as the Character or the Weapons and Music?
Yes you can, just simply drag and drop the corresponding folder from the archive into your mod_overrides folder and that's it!
If you run into any issues or bugs that might happen because diesel modding is about fixing things, don't hesitate to report them in the commentary section below, if these are fixable of course!
