Place "Solar Fields - Introduction Menu" folder inside your mod_overrides.
(Steam\steamapps\common\PAYDAY 2\assets\mod_overrides)

This adds in the main menu song from Mirror's Edge, "Solar Fields - Introduction". Granted, there is a mod by Winkiller (https://modworkshop.net/mod/27806) that has the main menu loop already on here, however this is the full song and in better quality.
