I spent more time debugging why textures won't work than actually working on the framework lol.
Anyways basically I started off with carl's Professional Perk Deck and kept modifying it until it had nothing similar, except for the perk deck icons cause I don't know how to change it lol.

The Avalon perk deck was made in mind as an alternative for Kingpin, except with dodge instead of damage absorption.
I decided to waste 10+ hours of my life figuring out how to make a mod because my friend was kinda sad that Kingpin didn't work with Frenzy but oh well.

This mod well gives an extra perk deck called Avalon.

Instead of an injector, well it just gives you pills which allows you to activate Rushdown.

Rushdown gives you a significant buff in dodge and a speed boost for a short period of time. Other than that this perk deck does not give much survivability other than an adequete dodge boost and armor benefits.

Perk One: Rushdown
Unlocks Pills which replaces grenades. When Pills is consumed, the user will gain a rush of speed and renewed energy. This high increases dodge by 45%, increases movement speed by 30%, and refreshes stamina. Rushdown's cooldown is 40 seconds and last for 7 seconds. Every kill outside of Rushdown decreases cooldown by 1 second.

Perk Three: Phantom
You gain 15% additional dodge chance. Your concealment rating is increased by 2. (didn't bother changing this from carl's Professional Deck, probably gonna reduce the dodge bonus)

Perk Five: Accelerate
During Rushdown, if you get 2 kills, you gain 5% health. If Frenzy is used, instead you gain a 5% movement speed boost. This cannot occur more than 3 times during Rushdown. Armor is increased by 30%.

Perk Seven: Killshot
Killing 2 enemies within a 2 second window decreases cooldown further by 4 seconds. Killing an enemy during Rushdown increases duration for 1 second. Both of these cannot occur within 3 second of its last occurance.

Perk Nine: Marathon
Dodge chance during Rushdown increased to 75%. Armor Regeneration is increased by 10%.

This deck is just ultimate Rogue for >7 seconds. It's just a dodge Kingpin, except you don't get health just armor (measly armor). This perk deck relies on you to constantly lay down kills to reduce the cooldown because your only moment in glory is in Rushdown.

To add the "pills", I had to modify the Throwable Module provided by Newbie so the pills can well only work with Avalon. I will remove the need to have the modifed Throwable Module once he adds a way to lock throwable addons to a skill or once someone calls me an idiot and tell me that the ability to do so was always there and tell me what to do. Make sure to remove the original Throwable Module and replace it with this modified one.

The modified Throwable Module and the folder called avalon pills goes in mod_overrides.
The folder called avalon perk deck goes in mods.
