Adds in Holosun HS401G5 reflex sight as medium powered optic sight.

Medium-power magnification optic scope (zoom lvl: 6, the same as ACOG), but with a wide peripheral view.
Severely penalizes concealment for a boost at accuracy and stability.
Laser module built-in into the sight as well.

I know it isnt a Russian sight, and its a reflex sight, not a scope. But PKA sight isnt cutting it in terms of size compared to ACOG.
When PO 3.5x21P sight have 3D asset, maybe I'll take a crack on a 'true' Russian ACOG.
