Clears up sights missed by Clear Sights, specifically for the No Glass version.
Goes into mod_overrides.

Currently cleans up:
• Riktpunkt Magnifier
• Combat Sight / Reconnaissance Sight°

These were the only sights I've used and seen issues with.
Not really confident in myself to try making Glass versions, for those who get the idea to ask. Not yet, at least...

°The physical lens is still intact, which unfortunately makes the Reconnaissance Sight look even worse. They both use the same source files for the effect, so it's an unfortunate result. Delete the folder "pd2dlc_gage_jobs" if you don't want this edit.

Reticle seen in Combat & Reconnaissance Sights from Kitsune Jimmy's Improved Reticles Pack while the Riktpunkt Magnifier's snapshot was from before I found that reticle pack.
