Removes scratches, cracks, dust and dark areas off of most sights.

1. Extract one of the "Clear Sights" folders.
2. Move it to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PAYDAY 2\assets\mod_overrides"
   If folder doesn't exist, create it.
