edits scarface mansion's environment lighting to be much more pink instead of orange, giving a nice retro effect. it also makes the lighting on the inside more intense, with higher contrast between the ambient lighting and the lanterns on the walls.

to install: simply drop into mod_overrides. beardlib is required.
