retextures the FBI and city SWAT light and heavy units to look like cooler tiers of SWAT instead of FBI and GenSec. this mod does not touch the ZEALs, the SWAT tier, other factions, or special units.

this mod is not compatible with retextures for the FBI SWAT lights, city SWAT lights, or FBI/city heavies, along with mods that change the models of the city lights. it is compatible with retextures for the blue SWAT and the cloaker (most FBI heavy retextures unfortunately also override the cloaker's texture, thanks overkill)

to install: simply drop in PAYDAY 2/assets/mod_overrides. beardlib is not required
