Adds a new assault rifle to the game, being a customized BCM RECCE-14 KMR-A made in homage to the best-selling graphic novel series Black Powder Red Earth, for you to play around with. Its high fire rate and precision make it perfect for shredding heads like papier-mache, but its lack of stability modifications on top of already harsh recoil demand careful tapfiring and weapon control. In true operator fashion, to boot!
It also comes with full skin support, some bonus skins, and some conversion kits that do some kind of cool stuff:

- The .300 AAC Blackout barrel grants increased damage and armor/enemy penetration, and changes weapon firing noises to match.
- The .458 SOCOM barrel grants massively increased damage and full armor/enemy/shield/wall penetration, and changes weapon firing noises to match.
- Yes, the .458 SOCOM barrel reclasses the weapon into a sniper rifle and allows you to proc Graze.
- No, the .458 SOCOM barrel does not disable fully-automatic fire. It's still an option, you just have to switch to it manually.
- Both conversion kits reduce your ammo pickup rate, but in a way that actually stacks with perks. Rejoice! Fully Loaded Aced has a use again!
