This adds the Blam! Flare Gun as a custom secondary in the "Special" category. While it's capable of igniting enemies by default, you can load it with other kinds of shotgun shells to use it as a more traditional weapon. Just kidding, it's actually a gun that lets you fire tiny helicopters, sending the pilot in them to a guaranteed death. You sick bastard.
