REQUIRES MENU BACKGROUNDS by Luffy to apply

It's a thing that I've been thinking about making for a while, and only got around to it now, because before I didn't know how to make it.

Two versions are availible, Blue and White and Blue and Black. B&W is a bit harder to read and pretty bright, but it's also the classic blueprint look, B&B is easier to read and easier on the eyes, but not what blueprints typically look like.

Drop it into mods/Menu Backgrounds/Assets/

One issue is that in some menus the backgrounds are zoomed in, I don't know why and it's not something I can change since all the mod is is pictures.
