Adds a completely standalone M4A1 from "Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex First Assault Online" to the game. This mod has access to what are labeled in game as "Human Weapon Interface" mods that act like conversion kits for the weapon. This was made as a love child between Mira and Leon S. over the course of a few less days than the K22.
