Adds in ITL MARS as a primary optic sight.
Only usable to Tempest-21 (Tavor X95) Assault Rifle

Slightly increased accuracy and recoil, while penalizing concealment heavily.
Comes equipped with laser sight module. 
(laser color will be fixed to a specific color on a later update, following Laser+ new feature)
