Adds the Norinco NP762 as a standalone secondary pistol.

Not much is known about the Norinco NP762. It is a clone of the SIG Sauer P226 (originally chambered in 9x19mm Parabellum), but features an odd 7.62x25mm Tokarev chambering- a cartridge that was far outdated by the time the pistol was introduced. Featuring Hogue rubber grips by default, the weapon maintains the same ergonomics as a typical SIG, but at nearly a third of the cost. Only available on the commercial market in Canada, it is a rare sight in the United States.

The in-game weapon features a real-world accurate 17 round magazine, as well as the ability to pierce body armor and walls (but not shields) out of the box. There are few unique customization options for this weapon, as of now.
