Hera Arms Pack

Adds five new attachments to the game, being those super-slick totally-not-sci-fi AR parts Hera Arms GmbH makes. Like, seriously, they're really cool-looking. I love them almost as much as Leon does. Almost.
These new attachments are a magazine, two handguards, a CQR thumbhole stock...
...and a thumbhole vertical grip that actually changes weapon animations to match.
Yeah, now that's what I call cool as h*ck right there. Mmm.

Model some Hera H3T magazines and add those.Learn to not suck at normal maps.- Make the skin textures actually have real wearmaps.
- Use CAP magic to add the CQR grip to other AR-style weapons.

- If you have the CQR grip on your weapon you can cancel a reload before you hear your heister insert a magazine. I have no idea if there's anything I can do about this.
- Sight alignment for custom optics may be a little fucky. I did my best, ok? Doing stance stuff in Lua is AWFUL.
- I was completely unable to get the CQR stock to automagically forbid custom grips. I'll brute-force this in a future patch.
