Literally the only good thing about the Tempest-21's animations is that they enabled this.

Adds a Kel-Tec RFB (Rifle, Forward-ejection, Bullpup) to the game as an add-on sniper rifle.
This little puppy unlocks at level 56 and isn't quite as strong as other semi-auto options, but it can be fired off much faster while still requiring the same amount of shots to kill on normal cops as its brethren. It's also quite concealable when modded, being a fashionable bullpup with an optional short barrel.
On top of this it also comes with full skin support and four new skins for you to use as you see fit. Or not. Your choice there.
You'll like it, I'm sure. At least, I'm pretty sure... Hmm. Maybe.
Requires SuperBLT. Requires BeardLib. Requires Custom Attachment Points or WeaponLib. Tactical Bolt Check Standalone is STRONGLY recommended - makes the reload spicier. Custom Attachments for Custom Weapons is STRONGLY recommended - Adds more customization. WeaponLib is recommended - now that it's stable you should very much consider migrating to it. Weapon Painter is recommended - finish options are part of the future roadmap.

Known issues:

- Magazine and bolt handle are slightly out of sync with the hands when reloading. I wish I could have fixed it, but I couldn't do so without ruining the hold animations. Sorry.
- No magnified optics because I am too scared to make them work knowing how bad I am at not making this game crash.
- Bolt doesn't move when firing even though it probably should. Will fix this with CAP magic... at some point.
