Adds three new weapon mods to the game, being really shitty I mean improvised attachments for various guns. More should be coming in the future, don't worry. The more dumb shit you can put on your gun, the better it is, right? Right?

Attachments are as follows:
Energy Drink Suppressor - Penalty to damage, accuracy; MASSIVE penalty to concealment, increases threat
AR-15 Ghost Lower (Milled) - Improves damage, penalty to concealment
AR-15 Ghost Lower (Printed) - Improves damage; penalty to accuracy
Requires BeardLib.
Goes in mod_overrides.

3D-printed lower receiver looks fugly in the inventory menu but great everywhere else for some reason.
The only indication you have that the hollowed-out lower receiver is like fancy sleek metal is that there's a cubemap because Diesel saw my grey texture and thought it was white. Thanks GRIN.
