Does pretty much what it says on the tin - replaces the base game Locomotive pump with the custom Locomotive pump seen in the Operator Attachment Pack by yours truly. Lacks any sort of stat changes, as it's an override mod and not an add-on attachment, but I'll be damned if it doesn't look a lot better than the standard pump.
