"ADVERTISEMENT" OF SIMILAR MODS:
Alleviation Weapon Rework is a mod based on 'A.W.U. Rebalance' which aims to "Edits the properties of the less used, and less fun weapons in the game."
It does so (unlike 'A.W.U. Rebalance'), avoiding to nerf the properties of the most used and "more fun" weapons in the game.
If you are among the ones which couldn't bear any nerf from 'A.W.U. Rebalance' to the "fun" weapons, but still wanted to try an improved version of the less fun ones for some reason, (e.g. mixing the un-nerfed meta-guns with the buffed "less fun" guns) then Alleviation Weapon Rework may be the mod you were waiting for :)
Yet Another Weapon Rebalance is another mod that "no-nerfs people" may appreciate since its description states that the mod: "Rebalances the worse options for pistols and secondaries without making the good ones worse".
The mod was even created by Ark / Arktomys! (The modder of Pre-Difficulty Rebalance HP Values which, at the time of its upload, tried to address a MAJOR flaw in PayDay 2 balance)

MOD'S DESCRIPTION:
Let's face reality, the weapons in PD:TH Vanilla are very far from be balanced.
This rebalance mod aims to make every gun useful, especially the no-bronco pistols.
The AMCAR-4 Ammo pickup has been slightly increased
The M308 ammo and pickup have been slightly decreased.
The AK ammo have been slightly decreased.
The Brenner 21 rate of fire has been slightly increased and the weapon now receives a small ACC bonus while crouched and during steelsight (respectively +10% and +20%).
The Mark 11 rate of fire has been slightly increased, the Damage greatly increased, the ammo greatly decreased and the pickup slightly decreased.
The Compact-5 damage has been moderately increased, the ammo have been moderately decreased and the pickup marginally increased.
Lastly, The Locomotive has been heavily reworked! Now it has a base damage of 60, the ammo are 30 instead of 24 and the player get 1 shell per ammo pack.
Sweet! :)
Oh, and The GL40 lost 1 ammo, just because.
The Pistols are the hot part of this rebalance, they are now actually useful (except the bronco that was it already).
The Ammo Pickup of the pistols has been reworked, now is much lower in order to rate them better below the secondaries and balance the buffs.
The ACC Bonus while crouched and steelsight has been reworked too. Normally when you crouch with a pistol, even if you see the crosshair becoming smaller, the actual accuracy doesn't increase. With this mod, when you crouch and don't move, you'll get half the ACC bonus you'd get from steelsight.
I also standardized the steelsight bonus at +60% for all pistols, doing so i collaterally buffed the bronco that had a bonus of just +28% :(
(in the end page notes you'll find all of the vanilla ACC bonuses you get from steesight for all pistols if you care to know).
In order to let you better understand the pistols rebalance i'll write in {} extra info about the pistols stats.
The B9-S now has a VERY high accuracy {highest of all pistols}, 60 ammo {Total Damage: 1500}, an Ammo Pickup of 2-2 {Pickup Damage: 50} and a base damage of 25!
An Accurate and High-Mag Pistol. Best Accuracy, Great Ammo, Extended Mag {Upg. Clip Damage: 500} but relatively Low Damage.
The Crosskill accuracy has been considerably increased {3rd highest} to became now just a bit lower than the bronco. It has now 36 ammo {Total Damage: 1764}, less than vanilla, an ammo pickup of 1-1 {Upg. Pickup Damage: 49}, a mag of 8 (-2 bullets) and base damage of 35 (49 with upgrades).
A Balanced Pistol. Good Accuracy, Good Damage, Good Ammo {Upg. Clip Damage: 686}.
The Bronco... Base ammo of 24 and a pickup of 0-1 bullet! Ahah!🙂
A Slow but powerfull Revolver {Upg. Clip Damage: 378} that combine high damage (63) and high accuracy {2nd highest}. As long as it'll have ammo {Total Damage: 1512} it'll work great but once finished them it'll suffer the slow reload time and low ammo pickup {Upg. Pickup Damage: 31,5}.
More balanced um?😁
And for last The STRYK! Now has a total ammo worthy of this name, 80! {Upg. Total Damage: 1680} a bit more accuracy {Least accurate pistol but still bearable}, an ammo pickup of 1-4 {Upg. Pickup Damage: 52,5} and a base damage of 17,5 (21 with upgrades)
A fully automated pistol able to kill a dozer at close range if the clip is used carefully {Upg. Clip Damage: 840} but at the same time a curse against tasers.
Many weapons stats have been changed in order to achieve the balance but i can finally say that i find all weapons useful in several situations :)
