A PD:TH weapon rebalance heavily based on Saints Row 1 gameplay, the basic idea is that the gunplay is centered around highly accurate run-and-gun weapons, meaning every gun has the same accuracy either you're moving, crouching or aiming down sights (meaning you now don't need to ads in order to not have terrible accuracy anymore, hooray), with 2x recoil while running-and-gunning, encouraging crouching and slowing down to control your rate of fire!
REMEMBER TO REMOVE THE PREVIOUS VERSION OF THE MOD WHEN UPDATING.

B9-S:
Damage from 10 to 20 (+100% damage)
Standing, crouching, moving and moving crouching accuracy from 3.5 to 0.1 (+3400% accuracy) and steelsight accuracy from 1.4 to 0.1 (+1300% accuracy)
Ammo pickup from 6, 8 to 1, 6 (-50% pickup)
Mag size from 14 to 10 (-28.5% mag size) (at max upgrade: 20 to 15, -25% mag size)
Max ammo from 56 to 70 (+25% max ammo)

Crosskill:
Damage from 15 to 30 (+100% damage)
Standing, moving, crouching and moving crouch accuracy from 4.5 to 1 (+350% accuracy) and steelsight accuracy from 1.7 to 1 (+70% accuracy)
Ammo pickup from 4, 6 to 1, 3 (-50% pickup)
Mag size from 10 to 7 (-30% mag size) (at max upgrade: 14 to 10, -28.5% mag size)
Max ammo from 50 to 60 (+20% max ammo)
Say hello to the Bronco's little brother. The Crosskill is now finally that realiable good all-around, without its overwhelming damage, but just reliability and fast to quickly drop a few pigs.
STRYK:
Damage from 10 to 16 (+60% damage)
Ammo pickup from 5, 7 to 1, 8 (-25% ammo pickup)
Max ammo from 56 to 99 (+76.8% max ammo)
Mag size from 30 to 17 (-43.3% mag size) (at max upgrade: 40 to 33, -17.5% magazine size)
Fire rate from 909 to 1200 RPM (+32% fire rate)

Locomotive:
Damage from 40 to 80 (+100% damage)
Max ammo from 24 to 20 (-16.6% max ammo)
Max range from 2000 to 4000 (+100% range)
Now you actually might be able to clean an entire room in a few seconds, the Loco now packs a real punch. But while it's great at sprints, it's still just as bad for races...
Mark 11:
Damage from 13 to 20 (+53.8% damage)
Fire rate from 909 to 1200 RPM (+32% fire rate)
Max ammo from 150 to 160 (+6.66% max ammo)
Mag size from 30 to 16 (-57.3% max ammo) (at max upgrade: from 54 to 32, -40.7% magazine size)
Ammo pickup from 2, 7 to 1, 8 (+-0% ammo pickup)
Standing and moving crouch accuracy from 4 to 6 (-50% acc), crouching accuracy from 3 to 6 (-100% acc), steelsight accuracy from 1.4 to 6 (-328.5% acc), moving standing accuracy from 5 to 6 (-20% acc)

Compact 5:
Damage from 11.5 to 13 (+13% damage)
Standing accuracy from 3.5 to 1 (+250% accuracy), crouching accuracy from 2.5 to 1 (+150% accuracy), moving accuracy from 4.5 to 1 (+350% accuracy), moving crouching accuracy from 3.8 to 1 (+280% accuracy) and steelsight accuracy from 1.7 to 1 (+70% accuracy)
Max ammo from 150 to 120 (-20% max ammo)
Ammo pickup from 2, 7 to 1, 6 (-22.2% ammo pickup)
From a peashooter to a highly accurate run and gun smg, give 'em hell.
Misc/smaller changes:
Brenner fire rate from 450 to 500 RPM (+11.1% fire rate)
AK fire rate from 857 to 600 RPM (-30% fire rate)
MP5 fire rate from 600 to 800 (+33.3% fire rate)
AMCAR-4 fire rate from 600 to 750 (+25% fire rate)
All of the weapons with negative recoil were changed to have regular recoil (this used to affect the Stryk, Compact-5, Mark 11, Brenner, AK and AMCAR)
Every gun has 2x recoil shooting while moving, crouch or ads to control recoil
Every pistol can ADS because I hate that inconsistency
Every gun has the same accuracy either you're moving, crouching or aiming down sights, encouraging to use more weapons besides M308, Bronco and GL40
Ammo pick up for every gun that starts with 2 now starts with 1 instead but we 1 more max possible pickup, giving guns a bigger spread of ammo drop chance
