Adds one new sniper rifle, being a HK """""G28""""" (really just a little friend 7.62 with better textures and an integrated dmr kit) to the game.
Functionally, this thing works like a Contractor .308 sniper rifle that's a complete non-option for builds involving crits in exchange for having 20-ish more base damage. Now, I head you saying, "what good does a piddly 20 extra damage do on higher difficulties?" Well, I'm glad you asked...
Because that 20 extra damage, provided you have your perk deck maxed out, lets this gun break 260 damage in a frenzerker build even if you've recently used a doctor bag. For reference, no other DMR-type weapon in the game can do this - all of them require you to have gone down or taken health damage at least once before you can actually start to benefit noticeably from the berserker damage bonus.
In case you couldn't have guessed, I made this mainly because of some personal frustrations I have with DMR kits and semi-automatic snipers in this game and what kinds of builds they fit into.
