Adds a new perk deck to the game that makes use of a bit of an oddity in the PAYDAY 2 player upgrade code: silencer damage skills may be completely kaput, but the upgrade values for said silencer damage skills are still in the game files. In other words, when maxed out this perk deck gives you a 30% damage boost whenever you're using a suppressed weapon, in addition to some minor health/armor bonuses and a kill-dependent means of armor regen to bring it a little more in line with other perk decks.

Ressurect old metas! Let your weapons hit new breakpoints without needing Frenzy! Annoy the shit out of the local police force! Forget what your guns sound like when not suppressed! Above all else, have fun. Even though, you know, when using this perk deck you are actively resurrecting the single worst thing about the old payday 2 meta.

• Baba Yaga Perk Deck (this mod makes the damage boost actually function by overwriting a function in copdamage.lua with a slightly modified version, so until i figure out what i have to call to make this mod work as intended when pre/posthooked it's incompatible with the byp mod because said byp mod does the exact same thing to make the headshot bonus function. sorry offyerrocker) Never mind!
