This is my first mod that simply removes the Update Banner from the main menu. 
Useful for people with an expanded main menu but without a remover for this annoying banner, since it overlaps.

I changed it so it applies ONLY to the update banner, doesn't move the BLT updater and works as of update 195 (which his did not). All I did was delete a whole bunch of script, deleted a file and called it my own. So all credit goes to him.
