Retextures the new Zeal Minigun Dozer to be visually consistent with the original Zeal Dozers, as well as fixing god-awful design choices like painting over straps, buckles and pads. Also replaces the faceplate entirely since Ovk just copy pasted the texture over lazily.
Care has been put in for consistency on every part of the model.
