All of syndeys voice lines (except for a few heist specific ones) have been changed to over 80 different voice samples from Kizuna AI. 
Includes everything from yelling at allies and enemies to answering pagers. 
I've tried to sample as much as possible from clips without music but they are few and far between which is why theres only 80 samples. 
Also, she doesn't say names, just yells at them instead.

Install by extracting into mod_overrides

Only works with English version. I'm trying to fix this.
