The De Lisle carbine or De Lisle "Commando" carbine was a British firearm used during WWII that was designed with an integrated suppressor. That combined with its use of subsonic ammunition, made it extremely quiet in action, possibly one of the quietest firearms ever made. Few were manufactured as their use was limited to specialist military units.

About the weapon:
*very good concealment for sniper rifle
*integrated suppressor
*fast reload(real reload time is 3.2s)
*the fastest bolt-action weapon of bolt-action sniper rifle category
*good amount of attachment(9 unique customization, most of them are concealtment buff)
*use BF4 CS5 suppressed shooting sound
*very low damage for sniper rifle(100 DMG per shot as standard due the .45  catridge)
*almost no recoil due the weapon itself shoot subsonic pistol bullet
*it has the worst accuracy of bolt-action sniper category
*good stability as sniper rifle(although is not that helpful)
*no barrel_ext modification(just like the As Val/Valkyria rifle)
*is not a good weapon for long range sniping(even having 100 accuracy, some bullet still miss the target for some reason)
*the weapon hip firing is pretty good, even with 85 RoF(modded)

*Possible ISSUE:
-The No.32 Mk.II Scope has a stance problem, it doesn't has a completely fullscreen ADS as default scope, sorry thats the limit of the zoom for the scope, anything above that zoom level will crash the game or break the reticle...
-worn texture, i am lack of PS CC texturing skill...

just download it and extract the archive to "mod_overrides" of your Payday2 folder.
