'Stop the cheater' is an old mod which if it detects you have cheated, it will force your game into permanent slow-motion / insanely fast-motion (eg 10% or 2550% speed), ruining your game until you quit to desktop. The mod is long outdated and still relies on the equally outdated PD2Stats, which is known to print false positives or simply load profiles incorrectly. Thus it's possible to be falsely griefed by a player using STC.

Also that if you really were a cheater (eg: PP trainer), none of your cheats would set off STC anyway, so it's all for null.
Not to mention people with trainers or mods may try to force a timescale change just to grief you. This mod would protect you from that.
