Makes the Judge l o n g. Supports the Judge and Akimbo Judge.

Stats:

Magazine +14 (+30 for Akimbo)
Damage -80
Stability +16
Concealment -15 (-25 for Akimbo)

Issues:
-Textures are stretched on the frame. This is not fixable.
-The shells clip through the cylinders when reloading. This is also not fixable.
-The modification only adds +14 instead of +15 to the Magazine value. I'm looking into a fix.
