This mod isn't really needed anymore, but I suppose if you REALLY want to install it, it should work just fine due to how it works (although it won't do anything noticeable).

Should work fine with mods that change spawns as long as they don't touch the same group.
Spoiler!No, there is no AI difference between the two. They function the same, I don't know how Jules came to the conclusion that there was an issue here because I have tested this a lot and there's no change.
