Since people seem to think that more HP and higher breakpoints is somehow better (and not an incredibly stupid way to make a difficulty 'harder') here is the original One Down. 9x difficulty HP multiplier, 1x difficulty headshot multiplier (have fun with your 576 breakpoints because Heavy SWAT have 1440 HP with 2x HS mult).
Also changes the Cloaker headshot multiplier to 2x as it was on launch, and makes cop/guard HP scale on difficulty too (360 instead of 40). Also keeps the buffed Dozer health from the beta. If more health is better than I just improved OD even more! You can thank me later.
This won't affect clients so don't bother trying to grief. This is also updated for the beta for when it goes live (will still require you to turn the one life mutator/option/whatever on though).

Clearly many people have not figured out, considering the sheer number of people who complain about the common enemies being bullet sponges when all you need is just one damage skill in most cases to be able to tear through them.
The HS multiplier increase was a huge gamechanger that made just about every weapon in the game viable on OD, I don't know what you're going on about; if you're able to use 40 damage SMGs/ARs on that difficulty without any problem that's already really good in my book. The only weapons that aren't viable are things like the RPG and Crossbows and they're not viable for completely different reasons unrelated to damage output.
Fair enough about the Bulldozer point, but they still have far, far too much HP. 48000 HP is ridiculous, the only source of damage that can kill something this durable fast enough is crits.
