Adds 2 extra attachment for the M32 MGL (Piglet) weapon

Both are speed reloader

• 2 Shell : reload time decreased by a third; cuts total ammo by a third
• All Shell : reload time decreased by half; cuts total ammo by half

Due to the way of grenade launcher damage and ammo pickup is set up in the game, I cant really made any penalty balance with those 2 stat.
So I made the speed loader attachment decreases total ammo
And buffed the base Piglet total ammo from 12 -> 24 with this mod.
