Scratch the below glitch cause. Apparently using the Burglar perk deck with this mod installed will break your ability to answer pagers, period. Likely something with both burglar and predator lurker having pager answer duration modifiers resulting in a conflict. Insta-answers a pager if you are host, literally prevents you from answering a pager if you are not host. Can't use burglar perk deck whilst predator lurker is installed.
