This is my mod remade to be less buggy and overall better quality. This now has its own hostage rescue teams.

This mod requires custom cop enabler and will probably in the future require bear lib (Probably).
Please feel free to post your opinion or bugs in the comment section so I can work on perfecting this mod.

Hostage Rescue Teams
.Hostage Rescue Teams will spawn on any difficulty except one down.
.On normal 3 revolver cops will spawn and will attempt to rescue hostages at the first assault just like the original game. After this random cops will appear as hostage rescue teams (Occasionally during assaults).
.Hard is nearly the same but it will be 4 random police officers instead of 3 revolver police officers (Occasionally during assaults).
.On very hard to currently mayhem the 3 types of HRT will spawn in groups (Occasionally during assaults), these include the chimano blue shirt guy, the kevlar green MP5 guy and the M4 veteran.
.There is a chance that a group of 4 standard police officers will spawn as an assistant HRT on very hard and above.
.In the future I will add the chance of special units with these such as the tazer.

All difficulties.
.Tazers will spawn with 2 blue swats on all difficulties.
.Hostage Rescue Teams will spawn on all difficulties.
.Cloakers are no longer as rare.

Main Changes
Normal
.Only 3 types of police squads can spawn.

1. A squad of normal cops, these usually appear in between assaults and during the first assault, although they can appear later on in assaults.
   2.A squad of blue swats (2 MP5 guys and 1 R870 guy). Currently the R870's damage is bugged to 1 - 2 damage per shot.
   3.(Much less common then in vanilla) A shield squad, has a 0% chance to spawn in the first assault, 2% at second assault and 15% for every assault after that.
   It consists of 2 heavy swat shields, 1 heavy swat and 1 bronco cop.
   Hard
   .3 man blue swat teams will appear around the first two assaults, although they should become rarer after or during the third assault (2 MP5 guys, 1 R870 guy).
   .4 man yellow swat teams can spawn, although they are rarer during the first two assaults, later on they will slowly replace blue swat. They all have CAR-4 rifles.
   .Shield squads have a higher chance to spawn in assaults than normal.
   .A squad of police officers can spawn, but its much rarer then on normal.
   .Police officers will spawn in between assaults an act like hostage rescue teams.
   .All types of specials can spawn, bulldozer being rarest and can only be the green variant.
   Very Hard
   .4 man FBI standards can spawn (3 to 4 Car - 4 riflers maximum of 1 R870).
   .4 man FBI maximum force responder squads can spawn (All CAR-4).
   .All 3 HRT types can spawn (mostly in between assault but sometime during assaults).
   .All special units have a slightly higher spawn rate.
   .There is more chance of an FBI standard squad than a FBI maximum force responder squad.
   .Only the green dozer can spawn due to the way overkill made it (I might change this in the future).
   Overkill
   .Has the same squad types as very hard except its a 50:50 chance of FBI standard and FBI maximum force responder's spawning.
   .Specials are even more likely to spawn, the black dozer can spawn now.
   .HRT are slightly more likely to spawn in assaults.
   .Shields consist of 2 standard FBI's (Car-4) and 2 FBI shields, this is the same as very hard.
   Mayhem
   .Currently has the same HRT mechanics as very hard and overkill, also has the chance for police officers to spawn and assist Hostage Rescue Teams.
   .A high chance of a squad of gensec elites carrying JP36 spawning.
   .A slightly lower chance of a 3 man XM1014 squad spawning.
   .Shields will consist of 2 JP36 standard elites and 2 FBI shields.
   .Bulldozers will now always spawn in at least pairs, they can spawn as 3's though so watch out.
   .Cloakers can spawn either by there selves or in 3's.
   Deathwish and One down are not made yet, working on it.

.Zeal lights will now carry R870 shotguns instead of MP5s so there are shotgun guys for one down.
Questions
Q: Why not a zeal heavy?
A: They do around 1000 damage per blast so decided to make them slightly weaker hp wise as they are a bit strong when converted.

.Fixed the crash on boiling point, shotgun guys will have R870s on all difficulties though as the Xm1014 isnt supported in russia.
