This makes it so only black and skulldozers can spawn on mayhem and above like the original deathwish. However this does not affect map specific spawns such as first world bank. I created this as I dont understand as to why they added the green dozer back to deathwish as he is the weakest of the three.

To install put the folder inside your mods folder.
