Long story short this mod is old its main goal is to add filters to the game to prevent you from seeing messages with keywords bots use to inform you of things in the chat.
Wolfhud dev boiled this down a bit after I uploaded a dump of this to reddit a year ago just getting around to adding this to lastbullet added some documentation to the code for you people who poke around and options to not disable all of pocohuds broadcasts if you want its just uncommenting out the code and commenting in other code or deleting the code.

TO DO add a menu to let you change what you block based on your menu choices and to save that to a file knowing me I will get to this in another year.
r2 fixes a few extra NGBTO spam filters because we needed more of that.
