Gives M16 a plethora of custom attachment to make it look similar to Scarface M16 M203 'Little Friend' rifle.
Adds in:

Heatshield handguard
Jungle-style, taped, dual magazine
M203 Grenade Launcher Underbarrel

Installing the custom attachment will convert M16 from battle rifle to assault rifle class

Medium-High 60 base damage point, decent ammo pickup, lots of ammo reserve for continuous rapid-firing

Fast reload dual magazine, taped jungle-style like in the Vietnam era

the dual mag is also flipped, which in the Scarface movie, made Tony fumbled around when reloading it, so this should decrease reload speed, but nobody like that xd

And underbarrel option to ensure maximum havoc
