Unseen Strike Fix

Hi everyone. I got tired of one of my favorite skills (unseen strike) being broken, so I made a mod to fix it, since it was pretty simple.

I'm not good at modding, so back up your saves and such. Don't expect this to work perfectly, I tested this as well as I could in one night. Feel free to comment any bugs or what-haves.

Requires BLT. No auto-update because I don't see this being updated

From what I heard of someone testing, mod is client-side, so you can sneak into whomever's gave with this and still not have a broken skill

Thanks Michael for the work on this! Haven't tried it but I will! Been waiting for Overkill to fix this because it's the only way for ICTV/berserkers to crit.

@MasonPindar_VEX No, Unseen Strike for dodge is a misconception. In fact, this is the only way for ICTV to get crits. Ace this skill, hide for 4 seconds and you have 18 seconds of 35% chance-to-crit. Berserker builds/Body Expertise or LMG builds can go wild with this.

In fact, lone sniper builds need this but that's another "unseen" build so far.
