The Full Clear mod not only resets your PAYDAY 2 in game save data, but it also resets all achievements as well as PD2 Stats / FBI Files. So you will no longer be marked as a cheater or have data on your public profile.

I was a late cheater before the Infamy update and after that, I sort of just got bored of the game. I had endless heaps of cash. Weapon mods and achievements galore. And even a sweet mask that I didn't earn. The guilt was horrible so, one day, I decided to be legit and reset everything. But when I realized it wasn't a full reset, I was kind of devastated. But I was determined. So, I went onto my steam account and used a program to reset my steam achievements to try and get a full wipe. But even then, the game still called me a cheater and kicked me out of lobbies on sight due to the PD2 Steam Data. I could only play with my friends and they were rarely on due to our conflicting schedules. And even then, I'm no where close to wiping the stain from my honor.
