The skill tree revamp got rid of the skill tree backgrounds, so you WILL need to download both of those mods in order to have it work properly.  Follow the installation instructions for both of those mods first, then drop the assets folder directly into your Payday 2 directory.

A simple mod that changes the blurry blue-hued images used for the skill tree backgrounds.  The heisters are now portrayed with higher-res images of their in-game models with color abound.
