Changes the normal Repeater Scope crosshair, to an array of options, which are used by the rest of the scopes, in-game.
If you want to just take and use the actual model change, in the creation of one of your own mods, go ahead.

Uses mod override
Gives several cross-hair options, trying to use two at a time, will cause issues w/ the cross-hair
Has readme, to guide you through the necessary steps, when picking a cross-hair.
So I followed instructions, placed required into mod override and selected a color option (blue2) along with (required) into mod override folder.
So it's:
Payday 2 > Assets > mod_overrides:

I'm hoping I have the files in the correct spot, but when ever I load into a job or try to view the character with the gun (for example with main inventory previews) neither load. I assume it's something with the model, because switching to other sets let's me play and preview. I'd really want this mod to work because I have trouble with the default crosshair on dark job's like cook off with no lights.
